By accessing and using Coordon ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Coordon reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.

2. Description of Service

Coordon provides a web-based event coordination and management platform that includes:

• Task management and timeline creation tools
• Vendor and contact management
• Team collaboration features
• Mobile applications
• Data storage and synchronization
• Communication tools

3. Account Registration

To use Coordon, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Coordon to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
- You're responsible for all applicable taxes

- 14-day free trial includes full access to features
- No credit card required for trial
- Automatic conversion to free plan after trial ends
- One trial per user/organization

6. Intellectual Property

Coordon Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coordon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload to Coordon. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data Security & Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying you promptly of any data breaches. Your use of Coordon is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Level Agreement

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for paid plans
• Regular backups of all user data
• 24-hour support response time for Professional plans
• 48-hour support response time for Starter plans
• Service credits for downtime exceeding guarantee

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Coordon, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
